This afternoon, Year 5 visited Birtley Methodist church to take part in an Easter journey. We were led through different event of the Easter story. We sampled some of the foods that were served at the last supper and hid in the Garden of Gethsemene. We finished the afternoon with some crafts to help retell the story. It was a lovely afternoon.
